General Conditions

Your credit card details are required to guarantee your reservation until your arrival at the hotel. Payment will be made directly to the hotel. To cancel your reservation, you must notify us at least 3 days before your arrival. Please note that your arrival date begins at 0:00. For all reservations not canceled at least 2 days before your arrival, the full first night's stay will be charged. For group reservations, cancellation regulations vary, and the hotel concerned will contact you as soon as possible. The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card before the arrival date.



If the name of the person making the reservation is different from the name of the credit card holder, we reserve the right to request express authorization by fax or email from the paying customer/guarantor and a legible photocopy of the payment card and the cardholder's identity card or passport.
